To all that saw it, what did you think of the show?

I've heard a lot of people say it's wonderful! What are their cheapest ticket prices? I'd love to see it!

As both someone who has a close friend in the show, and as someone who has worked in both professional Theater and Cruise Ships for over 20 years....I dont agree with you at all.....
If you enjoy nostalgic musical revues, with top notch vocals, then this is the show for you....

No problem, CSonbroadway,..
Sure, its no "Sweeney Todd", or "Les Miserab;es"....but hopefully, you're not going in with that mindset.
If you're going in with the mindset to be taken back to a more innocent time, with great music for ladies, and to just "Smile" for a couple of hours,.....then this show is for you.

Is this groundbreaking theatre? No, not really.

Is is an enjoyable two hours? Absolutely!

If you love the music of the 50's then you'll love the show. The cast is highly talented and they sing the hell out of this great standards. Do yourself a favor and see this show. You won't regret it.

I saw it back in September and just floated home. The words I used to describe the show were "enchanting" and "great fun". I, immediately, decided that I was going to take my mother to see the show as one of her Christmas presents. I've taken her to see other shows but this was the first time she turned to me and said "I loved it!"

Absolutely great - I loved hearing all the 50s and 60s songs. Very talented cast; it's been a while since I've had that much fun in the theater. Go listen to the songs on their web site.

I loved the show. It was a lot of fun and the voices were terrific. I highly recommend it, especially if you like the music of the 50s/60s.

I hope that not all theatre has to be groundbreaking to be worthwile.

All we would have is a lot of broken ground and no fun.

Lets just have some fun, okay?

I know someone in the show. She said that I had to see the show because she knew that I was skeptic about seeing it. I saw it. I went in thinking that I wasn't going to like it. But, I walked out of the theatre with a smile on my face. I saw it two more times. It is the one show that I can look forward to when I need a little pick me up when I am feeling down. Hairspray used to be that show for me but now it's The Marvelous Wonderetts.

I saw this a couple weeks ago for the first time and went in thinking I was going to hate it.

Well, I ended up LOVING it. Just bought the cast recording and have been listening to it today non-stop. The music is so catchy...I can't stop singing these songs.

Go see this if you haven't already!

I saw it last week and THOROUGHLY enjoyed it! I went in expecting a mediocre revue, but I had a blast. gogogreg is right - its no Phantom or Les Miz, but it's an all around fun time. The voices on those girls are absolutely incredible! I heard Beth Malone leaves later this month, so try and go before then - she was a stand out!

All in all, it was fun, and well worth their rush price... Go. If nothing else, you'll hear some classic 50's/60's tunes sung brilliantly by some amazing young ladies.

I saw the show again in early March and had a bit of an emotional meltdown the night before. Without going into too much detail I had my heart pretty much stepped on and was feeling pretty blue. I wasn't even sure I wanted to leave the house let alone go into NYC to see a show. But my friend, who hadn't seen the show yet, made me go. I had such a hard time NOT smiling during the show. It's the perfect thing to chase your blues away for a short time. I was the "litterer" that day and I couldn't help but laugh and join in on the fun.

Does anyone know what their Rush Policy is at this theater? I'm thinking of seeing this again very soon (still can't stop listening to the cast recording).

The show is a lot of fun. Saw it here in LA about 1 & 1/2 years ago or so. Bets Malone and Kim Huber are 2 ladies that I've down shows with before here in LA, so that was fun to see them again.

My friend that I went with had seen the show before, so he was very specific as to where we had to sit. Didn't think much of it at the time, but when I was brought up to be Mr. Lee, it all made sense! Ha, ha...

Omg Neal! You were Mr. Lee??? How awesome!!!!

When I saw it the first time, the guy who got picked to be Mr. Lee was a great sport and having fun up there with the girls...

Such a fun show.
