I'm glad you said "Could We Start Again, Please?", Gutter. I was definitely thinking that and "I Don't Know How to Love Him"... but "Could We..." tops my list.
Hm, gotta go with "If I Can't Love Her" from Beauty and the Beast as my #2, beautiful song. And (it's cliche but screw you, I like it) "Someone Like You" from J&H as #3.
Just my thoughts, gustibus non disputandem.

"Ol' Man River" is beautiful not only in melody but in its profound eloquence and sheer, tragic drama.
"Tell Me On A Sunday" and "As Long As He Needs Me" never fail to move me.
Some beautiful waltzes:
Just try to forget "Try To Remember" from The Fantasticks
I'll never say no to "I'll Never Say No" from The Unsinkable Molly Brown
I can't get "Out Of My Dreams" out of my dreams.
"Carousel Waltz" always sets me spinning.
"Night Waltz"
"Waltz From Nine"
"They Were You"
