jcr279: did you mean Skylark? I've never heard of Meadowlark, but you learn something new every day.
For me it's "Unusual Way" from Nine, but only as sung by Luker. I've heard 2 other people do it live & it did very little for me. I should say, BTW, that generally I can't stand her. Find her voice stunning, but all the projected personality of a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Most of these have been listed- but definitely-
'Music of the Night' (especially as sung by Michael Crawford)
'Impossible Dream' (as sung by Brian Stokes Mitchell- I never liked this song until I heard him sing it)
'Maria'
'Somewhere'
'Carousel Waltz'
And my favorite- 'Sunrise, Sunset' from Fiddler...
Geez, I'm gonna be editing this all night- I haven't seen 'Never Gonna Dance' yet, but I believe it includes my fave Jerome Kern song- 'The Way You Look Tonight'...

"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

Depends on what you mean by beautiful...
I think "Confrontation" from Jekyll and Hyde is a beautiful song.

I'd go with the Ragtime selections- "Sarah Brown Eyes" and "Wheels of A Dream" are indeed some of the most beautiful, touching songs I've ever heard. "One Hand One Heart" from West Side Story has a similar mood- that is a really beautiful song.

Mine would have to be "WHY" from Tick Tick Boom.
The lyrics really hit home and I think the melody is quite pretty.
