does anybody care to share how you find out so quickly when popular shows like come from away or hadestown are listed? is there some notification you set on tdf or your computer? i do notice new listings tend to happen monday or tuesday of the week but i'm never quick enough for those with very limited quantities. 

also does anyone know if tdf lets you anywhere save your credit card information for future purchases? thanks!

No notification you just check and it’s there or not. I got lucky and a bunch of good stuff popped up. I saw hadestown matinee so I made a mental note to keep checking often. This board helps, too. I don’t believe you can save your credit card tho.  Once they are in your cart it seems you have 30 mins to purchase tho.

I couldn't find anywhere to set up notification either. But I do get email notifications from TDF, sometimes. I got an email when Cher Show was up, but no email when Hadestown and Tootsie was up.

 

I check the board often. Updates on this thread are very helpful.

Very easy on here to follow.. Pull up the thread you want. Above first post you will see "subscribe" click it and put in your email address.. :) Nothing on TDF just have to be lucky.

FYI: i was Row L orchestra last night for Hadestown. 

Was last row Orchestra, dead center, for Hillary and Clinton on Saturday.

For Hadestown, my seat last night was Orch row L left side. I bought a ticket for next month, almost the same seat on the right side with the promo code cost me $119+fee.

Hadestown tickets last night were Left Orch Row D, ppl next to me and a few in front were TDF as well. Excellent view & show. 

TDF has been having a lot of great stuff to choose from. Just grabbed Kinky Boots and will see Tootsie next week. <3

Just a curiosity thing-. Do we know why the TDF portal changed from red to purple last year? It was long before they formally switched systems.

my matinee ticket for today for HADESTOWN was Orchestra Row K seat 7, amazing view and the show was fantastic

Hadestown has been going live around noon, a little after.  I got tickets for tonight yesterday at around 12:10.  It then disappeared and reappeared for a brief time around 1.  This was the same time frame for when they released on Monday for Tuesday/Wednesday.

Does anyone know if when you buy your ticket makes a difference on the seats? Or even when you pick them up?!

The seats for Hadestown are really scattered throughout, some better than others...

There is no rhyme of reason about what seats you get through TDF.
