I apologize if I keep spamming this sub with questions about TDF, so if I am please let me know. But when a show pops up, is there typically a set amount of tickets released? Is there a limit on how much you can buy? Website didn't make it clear if I can buy 2 tickets or not. Im finally a member however! Don't live in NYC but plan to use this as frequent as possible. Also plan to go alone more often than not so the multiple ticket question isn't as important. Of course every show is unique, but was wondering if there were a general consensus on it. Thanks in advance!

There are a limited number of tickets, but they don't tell you the number. If you can add the number you want (I've bought up to 9 tickets for my daughter's birthday party), you're probably ok (it's rare for you to try to check out and not be able to. Generally, tickets in your cart are reserved for you until it times out.
Each TDF member can purchase up to nine (9) tickets per performance."
My apologies, I meant per specific show. Should have specified. Not sure if every show releases the same amount of tickets."
In cases where they don;t have that many tickets (or perhaps don't have contiguous blocks of seats) the UI will only let you add the number of seats they have. For example right now Oklahoma has a single seat for Wednesday Eve
Standard going price for a Broadway musical is $49 + $4 fee on the order (not per ticket) though I have seen occasional lower prices. Last summer Carousel was going for $42 and once it was sold out the next week it was back on for $49 so I guess it really depends on demand.

Bwy Musicals are generally $49, Plays are $42. They probably coded Carousel wrong if it was $42.
