I did like the movie on Netflix but i would have enjoyed it more if Emma and Alyssa were the main focus and the adults transformation from narcissistic actors to activists were secondary. Anything different that i should expect? I do love Breathe, We Look To You, You Happened, Zazzz, Unruly Heart and It's Time To Dance."
I may try the $20 lottery at some point.

Why would you do the lottery when for about the same money you can pick your own seat ?

Honestly, I’d need a win to get me to drive downtown for this one. I’m more interested in the show at the Taper at the moment.

I hear you. Going downtown is a bitch. Always a nightmare.

Oh no. I guess it depends on where you are coming from. But this last Tuesday it took close to one hour from Hollywood. It was bumper to bumper. And that is the usual case for any weeknight. It is stressful to get there.

I can’t recommend the tour less. Terrible. Low energy, poorly performed and sloppy. Skip it."
Saw this last night and I absolutely agree. Loved it on Broadway, and this tour has most of the cast putting nothing into it. They look so bored and embarrassingly phone it in.
It was like watching it in slow motion.

With this cast, at least there’s an element of authenticity in the heart of the story: Kaden Kearney (Emma) and Kalyn West (Alyssa) are currently dating IRL. I’ve heard they’ve been sharing various Airbnbs on tour stops.
Judging from some of their Instagram posts, they look adorable together and I’m so glad they found each other.

Weird, as they have zero chemistry onstage. Their whole time together onstage is super awkward.
