I also hope David's long absence doesn't mean he's done with the show! I met them a few weekends ago too and he definitely seemed the tallest of the three, unless it was just his shoes maybe? But I'd certainly rather see a tall David perform than no David!
I'll be seeing it with my family this weekend though (so excited!!), maybe we'll be able to ask someone what's up.
yeah I'm also going this weekend and was thinking about asking someone, although I'm not sure how much, if anything, they'll be able to say. but I guess it's worth a shot! :) We need to know!!
It is possible that he's having some sort of growth issue and they don't want to say anything because of the upcoming Tonys.

Well in the UK and Australia they have always given notice of one of the Billys leaving. That way the fans, but far more importantly, his family and friends, can come and see their last show.
The only advice I can give is that when it finally happens that one of the boys does leave then make sure you take plenty of tissues with you for their last show.
I am coming over to New York in June and I am going to catch Billy Elliot, wondering if the rear mezzanine seats are in good for $40? Is the viewing really bad? Would I be too far from the stage?

I've only been in the front mezz but every says the rear mezz isn't bad at all.
Ack, double post, sorry. Stupid phone internet service...
Tommy again! Goodness! Give little David a break! =(
Not only David, but Tommy too. I mean, it seems like he's on in some capacity almost every show. They all need a big, long nap.

Phantom--- The rmezz seats are great!
A big British cheers to WOW2 and sgv123. x
Yeah, seriously I feel bad for Tommy and David B. They must both be exhausted! At least if Frank does get back soon things will be a little more back to normal.

Why isn't he doing the Times Center then?

Do you know how soon? Maybe this Saturday evening by some chance? :)
Thanks for the info!

Maybe David is just on a vacation.....
( I don't know how long he has been gone though)
His last show was March 25th, nearing two weeks...
And my advice about rear mezz is to go for house left if you can, you miss less. :) Totally worth it though, the Imperial really doesn't have a bad seat.
JbaraFan - Will Greg be doing any more "Working Class Hero" blogs? It's been a very long time and he's missed. Maybe one of his roommates can interview him on camera!

Do you know why David isn't going to the Times Center talk back if he's gonna be back in by then?

Ok, thanks. Do you know if he was sick or was it vacation/business? Specifics I could care less about, I'm just curious.
