Thanks for the update on the video blogs, JbaraFan1. i have been aching for another one myself. :-P I was hoping I would get to meet Greg when I went and saw the show, so I could tell him how much I enjoyed and appreciated his video blogs (not to mention his performance!) but alas, he didn't come out the stage door :- the only ones who did were the two Davids (mind you this was back in December, so don't everybody go getting excited about David A being back haha). Hopefully next time I will get to meet Greg
Esteban Hernandez could have been a star on Broadway, but when he was offered the role of Billy Elliot in the eponymous hit musical, the 14-year-old ballet whiz declined.
"I didn't think I was ready yet," the Mexican-born Jewish dancer said. "I would have been performing all the time, instead of working on my technique."

Is Leah the first understudy for Mrs. Wilkinson? Or have her and Jayne been splitting the role? It seems like Leah has been on a lot more than Jayne...

Ok how hot does David Lasen look in that picture with all the other Broadway Beauty Pagent hopefulls? Go Daivd! I hope he wins, he is a really good Tony I hope he gets the role when Santino leaves.
Well, I saw the show two nights in a row, and got Trent both times, so that in itself was an interesting comparison. He seemed a little low energy last night, but was on fire tonight. It was his best Angry Dance to date for me.
Haydn is back and better than ever. Small modifications in Solidarity, basically nothing that required jumping or hopping. The jump rope was then out for her in Born to Boogie, and they tried this wrapping thing with Trent that basically ended up in his getting tangled up and late for the tap bit, so I don't know if thats going to stay. But she totally put on the tap shoes and did the ending though, so yay for her. She didn't do the finale after her bow though.
The new Mr. Braithwaite is great! He doesn't have as many crazy dance moves as Thommie, but was really funny right off the bat. He got in line with ballet girls for "baskets of pansies, ladies" which was a nice add (tho apparently its a London thing).
Tommy was on standby today, but Kiril was on standby yesterday and didn't go on today, so apparently there's no real pattern for that either now.
