taylor - thanks for that info. Do you know what happened - what the injury is, exactly, or how badly he's hurt? I hope it's nothing too serious. Seems like BETMNY has trouble holding on to 4 Billys for too long. =(

I was wondering if I could get some help choosing seats for the show in August. I have the choice between row A (2nd row) seats 109-112 and row Q (17th row) seats 101-104. Anyone have any thoughts that might help me decide? Wasn't sure if 2nd row is too close to the stage or the conductor could perhaps be distracting from this location? Or should I take advantage of being so close? Thanks in advance for any help :)

I nice little article....until the last comment.
Gee, even at this age, looking at Bway as only a stepping stone. What a shame.

Perhaps that's better than thinking that being Billy in Billy Elliot is the culmination of your life's work (at 12-14). At least he's thinking of things to do beyond the next two years.

Am I the only one who was shocked to find out David Bologna returned? I would love to finally get to see him!

San Francisco run ends on Sunday.
It's a shame the producers misjudged the market and decided to end the SF run early. I think ticket sales have drastically picked up within the last few weeks.
The Tour Production is allegedly being redone to lower costs. The lower cost production will resume in October.

Heard it was sold to networks, since they have experience in how to make budget cuts in a show. They are reducing the number of trucks and cutting salaries. But it will keep the current schedule on the site. The tiered tour will just take over the remaining dates for the next year.
