Thanks in advance "
Have you considered getting a RUSH ticket? That is going to the theater and getting in line around 8am until the box office opens at 10am. Then you’re able to buy up to 2 day of tickets for $40 each. I did this and had front row center orchestra. It’s first come first serve and weekends are more popular so maybe arrive a little earlier but better safe than sorry. The show is worth waiting a few hours in line.

I did the rush line this morning (Saturday) for the matinee. I arrived at about 8.30 and there were 5 people ahead of me. By the time they opened there were about 20-25 people. Everyone ahead of me bought tickets for the evening show.
Across the road at Hadestown there were already about 20 people by 8.30 and probably double that when I left.

Curious if anyone has rushed this lately, and if so, what the time/line situation looked like...hoping to rush tomorrow but can't decide what time to get there.

I tried this morning after missing out on "What the Constitution" rush. Got to the theater around 10:15 am and there were still 25-30 people in front of me. Guy about 10 spots ahead of me was told they had sold out of Wednesday evening rush. I also overheard someone who got matinee rush say they were balcony seats, and he was about 15-20 people ahead of me. A lot of people stuck around to buy full-priced tickets, although I'll personally just try to get there a few hours earlier next time.
Hope this means the closing / movie news is at least bringing in some new audiences! I can't wait to see it.

I rushed a few weeks ago after missing out on rush tickets to a different show. I ended up at the BO at 11 am and they had one rush ticket left. This was on a Saturday as well! I was very surprised they had a ticket left. This was before the Tony's though and before the announcement of the show's closure so things may have changed.

I'm there now (Saturday 6/29). Got here a minute ago at 8:13, and there are at least 15 people ahead of me. I looked at tickets yesterday and unlike before the closing announcement, the show is sold really well for today, so I'm not sure how many rush tickets there'll be =/
I'm considering jumping ship for Beetlejuice
EDIT: Third-ish person in line told me she got here at 6:30

Posted: 6/29/19 at 9:46amUpdate: I think there were some line cutters up ahead because I definitely see more people than earlier. It's now 9:45, and I wanna say the line a little over doubled since I got here. Didn't take a count, but I'd guess 40-50 people.

Rushed Sunday (Pride) 30th June. Must have been over 20 people ahead of me. I was the first person not to get a rush. Ended up buying rear centre balcony for $59 a piece as my wife wanted to see it. Wouldn't pay that again on reflection now having seen the show.

Posted: 7/6/19 at 7:23amI’m I line right now, got here 7:10 cause I could risk being here later and not getting a ticket since I won’t have another’s chance to do rush for a while. I’m first in line, I’ll update how this goes.

I’d appreciate updates! I’m rushing another show but I’ll swing by the Prom after to see if I’m really lucky and they have tickets left. Not counting on it though, obviously.

Posted: 7/16/19 at 7:11amHi, my girlfriend and I are in the rush line right now for the 7/16 show. We arrived about 7:00am, which was probably too early, but I really really want to see the show. Will post updates as other people arrive!

Any updates? How many people were on line when the box office opened at 10:00 -- and where were your rush seats?

I rushed last Saturday (7/20). I got there around 8:45 - later then I meant to be due to subway issues. I was about the 20th person in line. I got 2 tickets to the evening performance - Partial View in the 2nd to the last row of the balcony. I think these really should be called "obstructed view" - there was a pole in our view in the middle of the stage. I've been seeing tickets on TKTS for like $50-$60 - if those are full view I'd really recommend doing that. These are definitely the worst rush tickets I've ever received. I know you can't be picky when rushing and paying that little, but damn I guess I've been spoiled with rush seats to other shows. We moved seats at intermission to some empty seats in the front row of the balcony though, which was a much better view.
