Does anyone have any theatre related tattoos? A friend of mine has the comedy & tragedy masks, and I think someone on here said they have the Phantom logo... Trying to think of something to get, but not as cliche as the masks or as tacky as a show logo...
While it's not theatre-related per se, this is one of the most amazing tattoos I've ever seen.
I have a set of blue roses on my left shoulder blade

I have a friend who has Anita Morris in Nine on his arm (or chest...one of the two)
I have a bass and treble cleff in the shape of a heart on my left wrist and then across my neck, it says "forget, regret" and no, I'm not the crooked tattoo girl on the RENT website.
I have a treble clef on the outside of my right ankle.
I once saw a tattoo of Sutton Foster as Janet Vander Graff doing a high kick. You could try that.
I have a feather writing quill writing music across my shoulder.
I hope you don't go where Arnold Ornstein of Paterson goes. The Bergen Record did a story on him a few months ago.
Here's the article text. The artist isn't mentioned.

Isn't he a little old to be a Spring Awakening stan?

Pippin logo. I'll have to say it's the best since it's not attempting to depict real people.

Avenue Q and Les Mis logos, the latter which is tres miserable.

I think they're supposed to be Roger Bart and Nathan Lane? Shame on me for six weeks if I'm wrong, but the "artist" is truly horrific!

Now I'm wondering if Arnold is on BWW and if he's going to kick my ass. :O

Someone on this site actually has a really lovely [title of show] tattoo. It's a few bars of 'A Way Back to Then' with a butterfly, and it's lovely. Well done, very subtle, and just plain fantastic. :)
That hairy Avenue Q logo kind of looks like a big orange mole..

I think the [tos] tat Weez mentions is in it.
An older thread on the subject
I have the rollerskates from xanadu in blacklight ink on my wrist... pretty fabulous because you can only see it in clubs... and bowling... and laser tag...

That Miss Saigon one in the other thread is AWESOME.

I agree with Taylor. A tattoo is a permanent alteration of your body. If you need suggestions as to what to get, you probably don't need to be getting one in the first place.
I don't have it yet, but i'm getting "BC/EFA" tattooed on (i'm not sure how to describe it.. the part of your finger between your hand and the first knuckle), on my middle finger

Phyllis is right of course. Plus, if I'd asked people their opinions, I never would have gotten this...
And I couldn't love it more.*
(*It must be noted that this is a joke and I do not have this tattoo. I understand footnotes ruin said joke, but I can't in good conscience let anyone think I'm serious.)

Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's what they all say.*
At least that tattoo is on that person's back, so that they are not forced to confront their awful decision on a daily basis. Unless, of course, they live in a mirrordome or something.
*Also kiddding!

Wait, doesn't putting a comma in between the words completely invalidate the meaning of the phrase? Sort of like saying "forget" and "regret" as two separate entities, which is what a comma would imply, not one idea which is what Larson wrote.
Forget it. Or: Forget, it.

Yes, but you didn't see the FRONT! It's lyrics to "Over the Moon" in their entirety, with "I'm forbidden to produce milk" going right over the nipples.
