Marway, I get what you are saying, you don't want to disturb other patrons who are being awesome theater goers. What I have done in the past is quietly talk to the other patron. I would never disturb other people. Most people will be receptive, their main goal of that night is not to piss you off, it's to enjoy a show. The only exception would be if they were drunk. I was seated next to a sweatsuit wearing frat boy at Spiderman who had a beer in one hand and sports scores on his phone in the other. I asked him to put his phone away, he told me to go fu*k myself. It took two ushers to remove him about 10 minutes later! Overall though, if you truly feel uncomfortable, take the advice of Dramamama and contact security or an usher. Your experience should have never happened, and the staff should have been on that family immediately.
