I don't mean to sound well rude, but can we see something alittle less modern. Many of shows mentioned have been recently done on broadway in the past decade. Would it not be great to do something and entire generation hasn't seen done properly yet?
Hence I re-nominate EVITA!

Parade is gonna turn 10 in two years. A concert celebrating its opening couldn't be more appropriate.
I'm sorry. I just really love this show and would lose a limb to see the cast I've written down.

Well if we're going the oldies-but-goodies route, I think a concert version of STARLIGHT EXPRESS would be blissfully campy--they could get the cast of XANADU to roller-skate!
Also, NO generation has ever seen a proper version of CARRIE...
I also think the PURLIE score holds up well...

Dear World, please!
not that its one of the best musicals, because we all know its not, but it is certainly underdone..however, Drood would be fantastic. How about Follies?! or Roar of the Greasepaint? Stop the world I want to get off?
