I thought it was a lot of fun and very cute! I really wasn't that familiar with Dame Edna, but after seeing the show, I can understand why she has such a big following...amazing to know that underneath all of that is a 70-something-year-old man!!!

I've been a Michael fan forever (my parents played his music all the time when I was a kid) and loved seeing him up there. True, he's not exactly an actor, but I found him hilarious and charming and his voice is absolutely beautiful.

In all, an extremely fun night at the theatre and I'm sure it will only get better.

Thanks for your review! Is the show more singing than comedy or is it a mixture of both? Also, does Dame Edna call audience members up on stage as she did in her last show?

There are tons of songs, we get to hear a lot of Michael's terrific voice.

Definitely some audience participation, but I won't give it away!

My friend went last night and said he had a good time. He said the Sondheim joke was pretty good and her comment about the song "The Ladies Who Lunch" was funny.

Did Dame Edna stage door? After her last show, I waited outside for hours, but she never came out. Some old Australian man walked by and offered to sign my playbill, but I told him to get the hell away from me.

I suspect that Dame Edna is a secret transvestite. Wherever she appears there are sightings of this scruffy old man. I suspect she tires of her glamorous image and sometimes slips into the crumpled clothing of the opposite sex just to avoid the relentless spotlight of mega-stardom...
