Has anyone heard anything about the Tommy revival or the Broadway production of Hercules that Alan Menken spoke about? Are they still on track to happen?
I figure that at this point in time, nothing can be counted on/guaranteed.

After the recent FROZEN debacle, my guess is that Disney is not rushing to bring Hercules to Broadway and realizes 2 shows is the maximum number of shows that Disney should be having on Broadway at a time. (I would view AIDA as an exception to that, since it's not eating directly into the Disney family audience)
My guess is we would see another out of town production of HERC before New York, being that they scrapped the book from the Shakespeare In The Park production and brought in Tootsie's Robert Horn.
They also have Beauty and the Beast in the pipeline.

TBH........ I really don't see Aladdin lasting much longer --- even before COVID, thier sales numbers were dropping off much like Frozen. Perhaps B&B will take the New Amsterdam?

ALADDIN has surprised us at every turn. But I would not put it past Disney to close it before the juice totally runs out, and put BEAUTY in the New Amsterdam. Numbers were still well over $1M a week before COVID.

Regarding Tommy, they initially said 2021, however while it was never confirmed, there were a lot of rumors that they'd first stage it at La Jolla again (like they did with the original) before transferring it. So I have no idea if that's still the case (or if it ever actually was), but if so, it seems more likely they'll have it as part of La Jolla's 2022-2023 season, likely putting it on Broadway somewhere early 2023. But that's obviously just pure speculation.

Grosses over $1M doesn't mean a show is raking in profits in a lot of cases. With a cast that size and with the expense to run the show itself, they probably weren't rolling in it. That said, they don't have the same rent expense that most do since Disney owns the New Amsterdam.
Aladdin doing $1M a week isn't the same as say Come From Away doing $1M weeks, obviously.

No, but safe to assume running costs are around $850K. Eyeballing, but looks like they were averaging about $1.3M per week, ~80% gross potential...really strong numbers for a show that had been running 6 years at the time of shutdown.

For what it's worth, I've noticed that TOMMY, which was listed on Playbill.com's SHOWS section has since been removed. Sad because I was really hoping to see the show again as I loved the original Broadway production so much.
