Best musical
Matilda
Motown
Kinky Boots
Hands on a Hard Body
Best revival
Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella
The Mystery of Edwin Drood
Pippin
Annie
**Sadly, I don't predict Jekyll & Hyde getting a nomination just because it's Wildhorn and will be DOA... I LOVED it, but I'm not expecting a lot of (if any) nominations**
Best Actress
Matildas
Patina Miller
Laura Osnes
Stephanie J Block
Lilla Crawford or Deborah Cox or Carolee Carmello
That's all I can think of right now, and I'm sure I'm missing some.

I don't think Hands on a Hardbody will get nominated for best musical. I think Bring It On has a good shot at a nomination!

Best Actor in a Musical
Adesola Osakalumi and Duain Richmond-Fela
Anthony Warlow-Annie
Rob McClure-Chaplin
Bertie Carvel-Matilda
the last could go to anyone.
This is gonna be one of the toughest categories I think

No one will get nominated for FELA! considering it was originally on Broadway a few years ago.

you never know. it still was on this season.

Yes but I think Hunter Foster, Stark Sands and Constantine Maroulis have better chances at getting nominated.

There is a certain amount of years before a show like Fela has to wait before getting nominated. Look at Elf's situation.

I think Holland Taylor is a lock-- at least, she should be.

I did not think about Bring it On or A Christmas Story! I knew I was missing some. I am REALLY hoping Jekyll & Hyde gets some nominations - especially the three leads. I also think the costumes and lighting are deserving of a nod. I also hope William Ivey Long gets a nod for his costumes for Cinderella, and Anna Louizos gets recognized for her set designs for either DROOD of Cinderella!

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Are we sure Bertie Carvel will be leading and not featured? When do they meet to decide that?
Kristine Nielsen is a lock for Featured Actress for Vanya
Actor in a Play-
Tom Hanks- Lucky Guy
Tracy Letts- Virginia Woolf
Nathan Lane- The Nance
Alan Cumming- Macbeth
Someone from Orphans or David Hyde Pierce?

Leading Actor in a Play is the toughest of the acting categories to predict. At least 3 deserving actors will get the boot.
Seth Numrich and Michael Shannon are also noteworthy.

A CHRISTMAS STORY def over HARDBODY and GETITON.
John Bolger should get a nod.

because of the Nance's awful book (as I heard) Nathan Lane may get the boot.

Id prefer Bring It On over Christmas Story, and anything over Hardbody.

People are really underestimating Billy Porter's performance in Kinky Boots.

Does Boyd Gaines for "An Enemy of the People" stand a chance to be nominated?

Do we think Tony Shalhoub has a chance or will he be forgotten? And what about Yvonne?

I'm not holding my breath, but I would love it if Douglas Hodge was nominated for CYRANO.
neonlightsxo, I'd say Tony Shaloub is one of the most likely Featured Actor contenders.
