Doing a quick trip this Sat/Sun and would like to know which two current musicals (not plays) would you recommend that I see?
I already saw "Come From Away".

My Fair Lady & Waitress. If you have any interest in Head Over Heels, MFL and that, as it's closing Jan. 6.
Not sure of your tastes.....but...
Head Over Heels
My Fair Lady
Head Over Heels
Waitress/Once On This Island (depends on your personal taste)

I saw Waitress over a week ago. I recommend if you like pop music, an intimate story with bits of laughter and female empowerment.

1. Kinky Boots, especially since it'll be closing in April
2. Anastasia

I’d recommend Bands Visit as one of them and Once on this Island is rumored to be closing right after the holidays.
My Fair Lady and The Band's Visit, easily.
My Fair Lady and The Cher Show.
No idea what else besides CFA you’ve seen so here are several choices (more or less in order):
The Band’s Visit
Dear Evan Hansen
Waitress
The Cher Show
The Prom
Kinky Boots (as others have said, it is closing soon)
Head Over Heels (closing soon; looks fun)
King Kong (only for the puppet)
Once On This Island 100%, especially now that it announced its closing.
And either The Prom or The Band's Visit, depending on which you think is more your taste. Those two are polar opposites in terms of style; The Prom is energetic, splashy, and hilarious - more traditional "Broadway"... while The Band's Visit is quietly witty, mature, and thought-provoking, with a gorgeous score.

Not sure why no one here has mentioned it yet but I really thought mean girls was amazing - I had pretty low expectations for it since I tend not to like musicals that stem from movies but everything about it was so enjoyable. The songs were great, the acting amazing and their voices were spactacular. All in all a good time and fairly affordable.
Dear Evan Haden is amazing but I haven’t seen it with any of the new cast so can’t speak much for how it is these days - can’t go too wrong though it’s a great story and the songs are amazing. This is more on the “serious” side though, much more expensive and hard to come by tickets at times
Waitress was also a lot of fun with really beautiful songs, funny, great acting. Overall it hit every feel good spot for me. That’s another with cheaper/easier tickets to score

Once on This Island and Waitress (I would say Wicked, but I'm not a fan of the current cast)

Once On This Island
Waitress (personally, I think the cast is better than ever)
