WOOHOO!!
October 16-24!
...if they raise enough money through their indiegogo.
they will
I think they will too. I am more concerned about whether it is going to be any good.
They haven't even raised half of what they need, so I wouldn't be as certain.

They clearly state in their project description that the show will be produced regardless of funding, but if they don't receive all of it they are prepared to scale down the production.
I'd say the fact that they're almost a third of the way there and this is our (well, mine, at least) first hearing of this in the THEATER community, they'll reach their goal or at least come close.
Go Fracture!

The nice thing is, LesWickedly, you don't have to be. I just sent them $25. I would've sent more but I didn't like the goodies.

My mistake for not reading more closely. Excited to hear about casting.
I smell a transfer !
Did not see the original so maybe I will see this production.
"I smell a transfer !"
Where do you come up with this? You smell a transfer based on what???
The fact that it's urinetown!! And it's so relevant!!
Why? Because we all pee every day?
I think they really messed up with the perks. They should have more that include tickets to the actual show. 1,000 bucks is the cheapest one that includes tickets.

Best laugh of the day.
I don't see how they can scale it down much; it seems very bare bones as it is.

You'd be surprised how many people come through at the last minute![]()
I hope it's not a transfer of the London production. It looked far too overblown. I liked how bare bones and simple the original production was. I hope that this show is able to happen, I'd love to see it.

Oh yeah, that's a perfectly logical reason to transfer a show. Wait, no it isn't. Philly sometimes some of the things you write make me wonder if you're just a little touched.

do people really still think Philly is a person! Remember how he calmed down and was great when people started talking about ignoring him, then people started calling him out again and he got worse than ever. PLEASE DONT GIVE IN TO PHILLY

urinetown is hoping to transfer in the spring. Helen Hayes.
@philly called it.
Well, hoping for a transfer is different than actually getting one.
*wants to be an executive producer* *pays five thousand dollars*
