Assuming (very hopefully) sideshow moves into the st. James, what is going to be happening at the following theaters? This west coaster is asking for your help:
Winter garden
Marquis
Nederlander
The Palace
I am blind and I do receive the NY Times and other city papers via phone, but I don't get the advertisements so I don't know about any splashy, double-paged ads telling me what's coming into the above theaters, any help out there would be appreciated!
The Marquis will be THE ILLUSIONISTS, a magic show, for the holiday months.
The Palace has AN AMERICAN IN PARIS booked in the spring, but nothing until then as of now.
The Nederlander is being held for Hunchback. There might be a Holiday engagement in there, but the next open run will be Hunchback.
I'm terrified that CATS will find some way to return to the Winter Garden.

^thats not at all accurate, Hunchback is not coming in til Fall 2015 at the earliest, its being eyed for a revival of Forum with James Corden.

Not Hunchback.
Please god, spare us another Winter Garden multi-decade run of CATS.

^ Why would they? The Sondheim is just right for them, and I'm sure Roundabout is happy with the grosses as their landlord.
Times just mentioned Beautiful would be doing even better biz if it had more seats.
I believe Finding Neverland is going into the Winter Garden.
I've heard rumors of On Your Feet! (The Gloria Estefan musical) eyeing the Nederlander, although it won't be till Fall 2015 either.

Isn't The King and I going into the Beaumont in the spring?

Yeah, the Beaumont usually does a fall show. It was rumored that Love Letters would be renting it, but we haven't heard about that in awhile.
I bet the Palace will be empty until spring, but I have nothing to base that on.
It would be funny if Rocky's premature closing brings us the second coming of Cats @The Winter Garden.
Ain't life a *****? Ha Ha
I was looking at broadwaybox for what discounts are being offered for shows into this autumn, and they have pages for both Love Letters and King Kong, though both pages don't have much info and say tickets are not yet on sale for these events - so they may just be pages to attract traffic from search results
I also looked on broadwaybox and I'm guessing for some shows they include a target theatre for the show. Some of them are:
Love Letters - Beaumont
King Kong - Foxwoods (now Lyric)
Noises Off! - American Airlines
The County House - Friedman
I'd love it if "A Christmas Story" took The Palace for the holiday season. It's probably one of the best holiday themed shows to hit broadway. I adore it.
For a show to open this fall, I feel like it would need to already been announced or in the casting process. And none of those are. So who knows. It looks like a bleak winter.
It was just announced that Love Letters will take the Nederlander until at least February 1st.

Does this leave open the possibility of Side Show at Lincoln Center, where many posters more knowledgeable than I seemed to feel it would have a better fit?
