i wont be surprised if critics start reviewing the show soon in previews. my mom went to washington dc and she said they are still talking about how great west side story was and they were reccomending it to her to see on broadway.
blaxx, i was going to go to the concert tonight but didnt cause of an english college essay and the ticket prices were the same as going to a broadway show..which seems like a rip off.

It's ok, love, if it didn't seem worth it, it may not have been so for you.

I'll be seeing the show in a couple weeks and I'm over the moon about it, can't wait to hear what people have to say.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"

I do, sir! But, unlike my pepperoni fetish, this isn't yet a problem. :)

Has Josefina had trouble getting through the show?
I will be very suprised if the rest of the Ballet is restored.
It's now Laurents' vision.

The lotto was hella crowded, and alas, I did not win. And according to the lady at the box office the balcony seats let you see "about 75%" of the show. So I didn't want to waste my money on obstructed view, so I decided not to go.
Also, "Defying Inequality" was on TKTS tonight for 50% off. I didn't inquire to how much that meant they were, but just thought that was interesting.

Also, just to vent about the lotto system. I hate lottos. I think it's unfair to people who maybe can't afford the pricier tickets. It just urks me. The first two names drawn tonight were two older ladies, but who could def. afford a $90-44 dollar ticket, but who just chose to do the lotto instead. It just seems stupid to me, but whatever. I guess it's "fair."

- Was she referring to the balcony BOX seats, or the ENTIRE balcony?

The concern with Josefina is that she's been sick, and wasn't in full voice at the dress rehearsal (and actually wasn't necessarily going to sing much at all).

The boxes are only available at the box office, right? Do you they sell them in advance or day of?
