Please elaborate.
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher

"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

I second that emotion on Bruce Yarnell! He was a powerhouse; tall, handsome & a great operatic voice! I saw him in several shows in stock, "Molly Brown," "The New Moon," "Annie Get Your Gun," at the St.Louis Muny. Bruce died in a plane crash very young. A friend of mine, Broadway performer Lawrence Leritz was a dance partner to Bruce's sister, Lorene Yarnell from "Shields & Yarnell" in some musicals. She told Lawrence that her father never got over Bruce's death. I can only imagine. He would have had a huge career on Broadway if he had lived longer.
I also thought Ron Husmann was a wonderful leading man..."All American," "Tenderloin"..also handsome with a great voice.

If anyone's seen 'Les Miserables,' it's got a number of 'Leading Men' contenders, Norm Lewis, Aaron Lazar and Adam Jacobs, just to name a few ...

Oh, GOD this thread is old.
I didn't even mention Raul Esparza in my other post. Which is blasphemy, really.

I don't have a lone favorite as there isn't a single actor that has done all of the musicals that I have seen. But, the one that stood out was Hoon Lee - Pacific Overtures, Making Tracks, and Flower Drum Song followed by:
Live:
1. Will Chase and Matt Bogart, Miss Saigon and Aida
2. Patrick Wilson, Full Monty
3. Ivan Rutherford, Les Miserables Tour
4. Jose Llana, Flower Drum Song Revival (Broadway)
Video:
1. David Campbell, HMP Miss Saigon
2. Philip Quast, TAC Les Miserables
