Waitress General Rush Question

Was hoping to go see Waitress this Wed Matinee and wanted to know the how easy Rush tickets have been recently, where there located and how much they cost????? Thanks for the help everyone :), also does anybody know if Jessica has any scheduled days off this week?

Last I knew they have never offered rush tickets so...I would say those tickets haven't been great recently?

I agree...there are no lottery or rush tickets for this show

I believe the only thing available for this show in the past has been SRO, and only when they are fully sold out. Looking at Ticketmaster for a few shows this week, that seems unlikely.

However, Broadway Box has a discount code (http://www.broadwaybox.com/shows/waitress/) and you can get Rear Mezzanine for $59 (the last few rows are at that price point). I've seen the show from up there twice and you don't miss much, if anything --- stay close to the center aisle if you can. I know this is more than typical rush/lotto pricing, but it's probably the best you'll get for this show.

The other semi-cheap ticket option is the box seats. They are $79 and sold at the box office only. I thought the view was perfect, not "partial" at all, even though they are labeled as such, at least from the right box.

They sell them in advance though, not only day off, so they might be sold out... Some time ago friends were able to get them on the day of the performance though, so it's possible!

If you have Audience Rewards, they're offering several December dates for 2000 points + $42.

Hey everybody thanks for the responses, so I used my theatermania.com code and went to the box office on Wed at 11am for the 2pm matinee that day. I was able to get in the Mezz row F seats 1 and 3 for $60 each :)  the show was great and there where no understudies. On a personal note I thought the show was fantastic :)
