Waitress Jar Pie Recipes

Does anybody know the recipes or where wi can find the recipes for the mini pies that they sold at Waitress?
I was snacking in some Oreos just now and thinking about them and also randomly thought of them last night, and since Ive recently started baking more, snd just got some pie crust, I figured it would be cool to make. Thanks!

P.S. Ive found some but I am not sure if they are 100% the same

Oh, would you mind me please posting them? I have been eating a ton of those Oui by Yoplait yogurts, and I have been keeping the jars since they are glass and cute, but I have been looking for something to use them for! Small "Waitress" pies would be perfect!

Not a recipe, but I found the baker who made the Waitress pie jars. She does have a shop but nothing listed (could be just because of Covid19 but who knows). She has the pie in a jar and dessert in a jar tabs too. And a few recipes listed too.

This one is for apple pie, but you can obviously modify it to whatever type of pie you want using the recipe for the regular size pie version and modifying it for the jar pie version.

Not sure about jars but if you find the right recipe you can just portion it after baking or make hand pies.

You can goole jar out recipes...plenty of hits.

Also, from a friend who started making jar pies after seeing WAITRESS on Broadway, he simply makes the filling for a standard pie then just fills the prepped individual jars. You won’t find the recipe for making a single jar pie.
