haha maybe it has to do with DNA or something?
I'm 5'5"...so I guess I'm tall for being Asian?
Killed my link, just in case of the possibility of yet another fiasco.
idk but do people really expect me to answer that.
skittles--thats so weird cause i'm 5'3 and my sisters 5'8 haha.
My younger brother is half a foot taller than me. People always think he's older than me.

I think it's funny when people make stupid comments about your appearance..like with your height. For me, eveyone always tells me, "You have really curly hair." Yes, I know my hair is curly. What am I supposed to say?
its only a matter of time until my younger brother gets taller then me -- my sister has a friend whos 6'4 so hes a whole foot taller then me.

ahh i get that too emcee! my sister is 2 years younger but like 3 inches taller..but we are both pass the age of growing so youd think people would realize that height has nothing to do with age anymore!
ihearttheatre-- i know what you mean, i always think it's so funny when people make stupid comments like 'you have curly hair' like omg shut up, really? --no sh*t.

Okay, so I'm going incredibly off topic here..but I love the fact that this thread is freaking enormous!
Yeah, my brother is the youngest and he's in the middle of puberty. Last time I saw him, he was my height, but apparently he's grown more since August. My sister is pissed that she's the shortest now.
My friend is 6'7" and his senior quote in the yearbook was "Yes, I know I'm tall."

or--"You're short (or tall)"
"WOW, great observation!"
once my brothers done growing i'm going to be the shortest--i'm okay with only being 5'3 i guess, although in my mind i'm still growing even though my doctor told me i'm done. What does she know?

lol, just look at the evolution of this thread today. We've been all over the map, and 90% of it has been off topic.

"Okay, so I'm going incredibly off topic here..but I love the fact that this thread is freaking enormous! "
AND that it no longer has anything to do with the original topic
I always get "You don't look Jewish." Ummm, thank you? I guess they mean I don't have insanely frizzy hair and an unproportionally large nose. So sure, I don't look Jewish. No complaints here.
thats alright, eventually it'll get back on topic and then off again. We all still love anthony, right? :)

haha its not necessarily off topic, because if anthony rapp had joined in it wouldnt have been off topic...
..i swear that rationale worked in my head
Did anyone see the last tour of Rent? Dan Rosenbaum was Roger and he's 6'5". Andy Meeks was Mark and I think he's 5'6". The scenes where they had to be in each others' faces (Rent, Goodbye Love fight, What You Own) were unintentionally funny, because Andy was on his toes and Dan was hunched over.

The Pillowman was funny that way too b/c Jeff Goldblum is like seven feet tall and whatshisface is much much shorter.
It seems to be a quote many people live by, (When in doubt, state the obvious). During the show I was last in (Teahouse of the August Moon) We'd constantly get questions like "Are you guys really asian?" and "Do you all really speak japanese in this show?" It honestly bemuses me to no end, its like "no, we spent the past 3 hours speaking gibberish and trying to pass it off as Japanese." *shrugs* No idea.
I saw that cast twice. Andy Meeks fell over one time Dan pushed him. Poor thing.
okay really really random question but i'm just curious--what comes after broadway star?
