The only problem is... Borders is at home and I'm at school (2 hours away). I'll get it when I go home next or have my mom pick it up. Yay for being on topic. Woo hoo, Anthony related stuff.
Hey crazy kids! I had so many RENT convos today, most of them good. A lot were people who claim to have been RENTheads for a while, but were like "So that was the original cast, right?" And then a few random screams of "Oh my gosh I love Anthony! He's so cute! You can't have him, he's mine!" which was quite unnecessary and loud. Whatever, I'm glad they liked the movie. It's so funny, though, because everyone knows I'm the resident RENThead so everyone who saw it came to discus and ask questions, even people I don't really know.
Ahhh 581 messages! It's still sending me the posts, but I swear the box isn't checked.
Maybe you checked under the posting-box "Also send responses to my email address"? Or was that the box you were talking about?
We're on topic?!?! Yay!
Yea that box isn't checked. Maybe I checked it on 1 message by accident? Does that mean I have to find that message in all the ones I did over the past 2 days to stop it? Ah computers hate me.
I don't know.. Maybe block the email account on your account?
We are'on topic! we did it!
And i gotta go have some sleep now
its getting late! Enjoy your day everyone
Oh gosh wait, I clicked something in one email that said "Click here to remove yourself from this alert" and it took me to a site that said my subscription to this thread has been removed? Is that what I wanted or did I just do something horrible like delete all my posts? I hate computers too, so at least it's mutual.
i think that's what you had to do
.. Your posts haven't been deleted :-P
Goodnight
At first I was like, goodnight? Than I remembered what time it is there!

I heard lots of people in the hallways talking about Rent! It made me smile! And so many of my friends said that Mark was their favorite character! That would also inevitably lead to one of them saying " Aww , it was so sad/cute when he was dancing by himself on that table.."
And then I'd launch into a discussion on the many faces of Anthony and I'd completely lose everyones interest :]
So I finally watched the Breakfast with the Arts thing. Did anyone else thing Adam looked like he was wearing a lot of makeup? Specifically his shiny eyelids and VERY pink lips. It was amusing. Also, I love how wonderfully spazzy Anthony's hands were while they performed even though most people would just stand there holding the mike or something. He was actually doing the hand motions he did in the movie. It was amazing. I heart him.

The three of us actually talked about his facial expressions and the way he said things that we loved.
And renthead, Adam usually always had very pink lips. Pink lipgloss! Wee! It's so great.
hey all..i'm jumping into the conversation :).. i think i'm having someone on BWW send me breakfast with the arts cause I overslept and missing that is just not happening.
I'm waiting for it to be online....::jeopardy theme::
Did anyone ever find The View online? MUST SEE THAT!
yea..it would be easier if it was online but people take too long and I don't want to wait forever.
The View is online, idina-here.com has it.
*squeals with joy* Thanks! I forgot to check there today.
Does anyone have Breakfast with the Arts? Please PM it to me if you do!

Gosh, I love the Mark/Roger fight. It's so powerful.
Totally agree --- and I really wish they had put some sort of argument between them in there...somewhere.
i know..but the whole movie is just filled with so much, its hard to take it all in. And we'll get it in DVD extras =).

Hi. Ok so I know he probably will not get to reading this --- In fact, I don't know how anyone could keep up with this thread except for us BWW addicts --- But I've been wondering...
Anthony:
From an earlier post you made a long time ago on here, you said how Chris was excited to be making his first R-rated film. Understandably, the movie was most obviously changed to PG-13 to bring in more money, and a wider audience...but do you know at what point during the production Chris decided to bail on his attempt for that "first R-rated film" -- was it strictly a decision from the head honchos above that he had no control over, or was it he himself who decided it would be best to go for the softer rating. Also, do you think if the film had stuck with the R-rating, what kind of difference that would have made on audiences? -- If by keeping it, it would have made the world the characters were living in seem more realistic? (gritty, crime-filled, dangerous) I do believe the message of the story is just as powerful in this PG-13 version as it ever would have been in the R-rating.
Yay. Good question? I just needed to ask, I've been wondering for a while. That's all from me for now. Oh, and I love you Anthony, you are a terrific actor and a kind soul.
