Em, I cannot wait to read this book. I'm so glad Anthony is doing a book signing in San Francisco.
Lari, I heart your suprises.
I posted a preview.
Full article to come tomorrow.
is that the surprise?
Yeah. It was up earlier than I thought.
ARE YOU DISAPPOINTED? :O Gargh! XD More articles will come in time!
Still watching Teen People. *waits*
HE'S DOING A SIGNING IN SAN FRANSISCO!!!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO LIVE ON THE EAST COAST???
He's signing in a bunch of major cities... On the east coast, as well. Heh.
me? dissapointed? no way! very excited to read the rest of the review. I was just making sure there wasn't anything else showing up tomorrow.
No, I just found out that something was up earlier than I thought.
Thank you Lari! I just went and read it!
That makes me feel so happy for him.
...And the wanting of this grows even more.
Patience, young grasshopper. *patpat*
But yes, I'm EXTREMELY happy for him.
Haha, young padawan....
I am...a Jedi Master.
I kept on rereading your review, it makes me feel closer to the book. And then I'll have Em's! That makes two!

Wow so i missed a lot...but when is that book coming out i would like to get to very soon...what else is new with everybody?
it comes out 2/16
Yeah, I believe Em's is going to go in the same thread. We're trying to confine the reviews and such so that people don't bitch about the outpouring of RENT threads.
I think that's a good idea.
what else is new with everybody?
Well, nothing is new with me. I should be doing my homework because I have rehearsal from 5:30 to 10+. Since I'm in the chorus, I'll be sitting for most of the time. But, the show's funny, so I'll be laughing.
And you?
Did I mention to you guys that I sold my soul and joined a RENT RP?
Em, what you said about Jonathan Larson is exactly why I cried listening to tick tick BOOM the day of Symphony Space. The line "What does it take to wake up a generation?" just set me off. I'm sitting there on a bus with tears pouring down my face, thinking "But you DID wake up a generation!" Just the whole tone of hopelessness in ttB about how he's not sure about what he should be doing in his life and all this stuff, but in reality it DOES pay-off, but he doesn't get to see it. It just hurts to know that after all that anxiety and struggling, he never got to see the Pulitzer Prize, or the 10 years on Broadway, or the movie, and I'm left thanking Raúl Esparza for playing Jonathan when I should be thanking Jonathan himself.
That one line always gets to me too. I hope that somehow Jonathan knows just how many lives he did change.

Tisk tisk.
That one line always gets to me too. I hope that somehow Jonathon knows just how many lives he did change.
I hope he does...
I know, Tsk, Tsk. I shouldn't have.
But it's so damn funny, especially when some dude runs in and uses his character to recite libretto. Followed by a scientist who attempts to hire roger as an HIV-positive guinea pig.
... So bad it's funny. I just sit back and shake my head, mostly.
And Jonathan... Nothing to add there.
ehm.. this might sound stupid.. but what is a RENT RP? *shame*
I don't know what it is either. ::hides::
Yay! now i'm not alone anymore
Well i gotta gooo.. Baay!
