Heading to London this month. What are the shows to see there right now?
Also, are there any discount tickets available besides TodayTix? Like TDF?
Thanks!

In case you aren't aware of it, theatreboard.co.uk is a really excellent resource for your questions.

What kind of shows do you like? Plays/musicals?
And besides TodayTix, they also have a TKTS booth.

I am going to be in London from April 6 to May 18. Already booked over 30 shows. What are your interests?

This review for Straight Line Crazy, David Hare's new play starring Ralph Fiennes, would have me buying a ticket.

Not West End, but Sasha Regan's All-Male version of H.M.S. Pinafore at Wilton's Music Hall is really cute and funny. Also, Maria Friedman concerts at the Menier are very nice and you can get tickets for 25£ on TodayTix
On Monday I'm watching Jeremy O Harris' Daddy a Melodrama and I'm curious to see how it is.

If I am not using TKTS or Today's Tix, I book directly with the theatres. And when buying the day of or day before I go to the box office because they often will sell tickets at a reduced price based on the house.

I usually buy directly through the show or from ATG, Nimax, Delfontmackintosh, etc.
And from what’s playing right now, I’d personally recommend -
- “Ocean at the End of the Lane” - one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen on a stage.
- “Life of Pi” - Not a perfect show but worth every penny for the gorgeous direction, set design and performances.
- “Back to the Future” - If you love the film you’ll probably have a great time at this one.
- “Cabaret” - if you can get a ticket for this one, it’s very much worth the effort.

I also vote for buying directly from the theatre or their official ticketing agency. Other agencies tack on tremendous fees and the tix are usually more expensive, so do your research before you purchase unless you are using TKTS. Find the show's official website and that will tell you who sells their tickets.
Small Island at the National is fantastic and The Corn Is Green looks promising. &Juliet is wonderful. The Drifters Girl is supposed to be very good. Also:
Bonnie & Clyde
Maria Friedman & friends
Zorro The Musical
But I'm A Cheerleader the Musical
The Ocean At The End of The Road

I will be in London in June.
I have tickets to:
The Glass Menagerie, Cock, Back to the Future, Life of Pi, The Corn is Green, Much Ado About Nothing(Globe), Burnt City, Straight Line Crazy, Oklahoma!, Cabaret, and Jerusalem.
I have the an opportunity to see Cinderella also.
What do people think? Is it worth my time to see it? I’ve heard very mixed things about it, but it looks fun.
