I'm seeing ALNM tonight. I went to pick up my ticket and a sign said Angela Lansbury wasn't performing the matinee. What are my chances of seeing her tonight? She was losing her voice on the Tonys.

Oh please theater gods, have pity on me. I want to see La Lansbury live.

She's not one to miss, so if she's absent--and it's not a pre-scheduled vacation date--she must really feel that she's unable to perform. I'd say 50/50 chance she'll be there. I'd imagine she wouldn't want to miss too many performances during her final week.

Angie's house: Oh, wasn't it fun to be in a new Jerry Herman musical! I remember the night that Patrick Dennis was in the audience. My stomach was jello!

BWW House: Do you think Charles Braswell is gay? How much do you think Jerry Herman paid for his house? Mame really should have gone to Elaine Stritch, Lansbury was a bit too mild.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Forget last performance, she better be there tonight! Even if they have to prop her up in that wheelchair and have her lip synch to the cast album. I want to see Angela Lansbury.

Maybe they can hook a webcam up to her house and she can do the performance from her bedroom. Very Wooster Group!
