I'm a crier so there are many moments in movies, shows, books, etc that makes me cry. I even get teary at the episode of Happy Days where Richie and Fonzie are saying goodbye.
Since there are many triggers I'm just going to list one thing that always gets me. Hearing a great score played on a full orchestra. The first time I saw South Pacific at Lincoln Center I started crying during the Overture.

But Liza's Headband, then you see this photo (from TIFF last week) and it restores one's faith in humanity. And Jordan Catalano.

Posted: 9/18/13 at 11:27pmThe last shot of the Hot in Cleveland episode with the reunion of the MTM ladies. I mean, great heaving sobbing. It was like the show literally reached into the deep recesses of my brain and pushed some button. I literally did not expect it.

The fact I'm running the Air Force Marathon on Saturday and didn't train much. Trust me I'll be crying a lot come Saturday. Honestly, it was Zac Levi signing my adoptive sons 18th birthday card. My son LOVED Chuck. The fact Zac was so accommodating and real, brings a tear every now and then when I look at the picture. Thanks Zac!

Henrikegerman took my top answer..the end of She Loves Me.
But the end of 1776 and the end of The Apple Tree get me too...and on a good day, I am embarrassed to say when Sandy runs out at the end of Annie into Annie's arms - and I am not even a dog person - I am always a little weepy.
Those are all upbeat sentimental lovely endings that make me teary. However, if I want real sobbing, the end of Miss Saigon at the gun shot and when Tam runs to Ellen.

"But you'll miss. Oh, you'll miss -
the sun and the moon and the wooden bassoon."
I get chills and begin sobbing. After the emotional heights of Lot's Wife, Caroline's quiet understanding with Noah is the clincher that starts me off. I'm getting sloppy here at work just thinking about it.
