What Should the Encores! Line-Up Look Like This Season?

So with the new Encores! season being announced by the end of June, I was wondering what shows would be great to see Encores! tackle and what stars should be in each show (I guess the three shows have been picked so this is kind of a moot point but it's still fun to speculate/hope).
If they are going for a theme like they did this past season, they should do Michael Bennett celebration given that 2006-2007 brought back A CHORUS LINE to great success as well as the DREAMGIRLS film, so how about:
February-SEESAW
March-SUBWAYS ARE FOR SLEEPING (Bennett's first Broadway show) or COCO
May-BALLROOM

I like the idea of Seesaw. I think that Gentleman Prefer Blondes should be given a second chance. We should just ignore that revival.

Well, Encores! did FOLLIES and the revival only happened 6 years ago so they could do GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES.
I'd love to see Debbie Gravitte, Sara Gettelfinger, Sherie Rene Scott, or Joely Fisher starring in SEESAW in the Michele Lee role with Marc Kudisch, Raul Esparza or David Pittu in the Ken Howard role.

Infinite, I thought about HENRY SWEET HENRY as well if they went with the Michael Bennett idea.
I would just love to have SEESAW and BALLROOM on Encores! The casting possibilities are so exciting.

Alexandre Buffort was apparently unhappy with the English translation of IRMA LA DOUCE and his estate won't let it be performed anymore. Its a shame because it would have been a great choice for Encores!

I was just thinking about BALLROOM, and Dorothy Loudon was just in her late 40s when she did this show. That means Donna Murphy is not too young for the role. I'd love to hear her renditions of "There's A Terrific Band and a Real Nice Crowd" as well as her "Fifty Percent" of course.

re: What Should the Encores! Line-Up Look Like This Season?

I don't think that there needs to be a theme, necessarily. My ideal Encores! season would be:

Anyone Can Whistle (Judy Kaye, Emily Skinner, Jason Danieley)
I Can Get It For You Wholesale (Leslie Kritzer as Miss Marmelstein)
New Girl in Town (Christiane Noll or Alice Ripley as Anna)

"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe." -John Guare, Landscape of the Body

i'm so excited for this next season! i, too, would love to see Seesaw. i would add Bajour to this list but i see Mufti is going to do that in July so i'll be alright with only Mufti doing it. :)

i'd also love to see Holy Golightly and Irma La Douce sounds fabulous! i love the idea of Coco as well. but didn't they already do that?

Do you mean One Touch of Venus? If so, they've already done that.

And folkyboy-no, they have not done Coco. I've never heard the score with the exception of the Tony performance. Without the costumes, is there much of a score/show?
