Sure, we can all predict that Angela Lansbury and Katie Finneran will get nominated for Best Featured Actress tomorrow, but what's the fun in that? What are your "going out on a limb, no guts no glory" predictions?
Mine are:
The Addams Family will get more nominations than American Idiot
A View from the Bridge will get more nominations than any other play, including 4 for acting (Schreiber, Johansson, Hecht, and Cristofer)
I don't really care who or what is nominated as long as Jessica Hecht gets a supporting actress nom. and Jan Maxwell gets a leading actress nom.
Ditto on Jessica Hecht. I'm going out on a limb for Val Harper.

I am hoping for Krysta and Jackie for the Addams Family
I'm also really hoping Scarlet Johansson is recognized for her work. It was an amazing Broadway debut.
I'm hoping we get a bit of a reprise of the Drama Desks and Ragtime gets a few noms. It was a brilliant revival that shuttered too soon.
Stephen Kunken
Would a Kunken nomination be a surprise, though? I've got him penciled in as being the only one who could upset Eddie Redmayne in that category.
Don't get wrong...I think he deserves to win, I just assumed he was sort of a shoo-in to get nominated.
I'm hoping we'll see a few nods for the cast of NEXT FALL. Regardless of what you think of the play itself, I can't see how you can have much of a problem with the wonderful ensemble.
And I'm hoping RAGTIME gets the credit it deserves. It was my favorite musical production of the season, hands down.
I think Kunken could go either way. The Enron backlash has been pretty severe. Kunken was not nominated by the Outer Critics Circle, The Drama League, or The Drama Desk. That being said, I think Kunken has the best chance of any Enron actor to get nominated.
Ragtime and Finian's Rainbow will show up across the board, like the Drama Desk nominations, including nominations for Leading Actress and Featured Actor for both.
Everyday Rapture and/or Sondheim on Sondheim make the cut in Best Musical.
Next Fall will have multiple acting nominations.
Stephen Sondheim will get a Best Original Score nomination for writing one original song that's better than all of the eligible scores combined.
Okay, I'm kidding about that last one, but I wish it were true.
