I remember reading from a couple of different users in a couple of recent threads that when they went and saw Legally Blonde the Palace was pretty empty. Honestly if Legally Blonde closed tomorrow I would think it had a pretty decent run on Broadway. Keep in mind that playing a little over a year in one of Broadways biggest theatres is nothing to scoff at. That is a theatre that is hard to get an audience into because of the mass size.
I also think that Title Of Show will be gone soon for the reasons that were already said. I will admit that the more I watch the Title of Show Show the more I want to see it. And, there might be a small chance that I would be kicking myself for not seeing it before I went away to school.
As for Avenue Q. I am not sure I would consider Romano stunt casting. Sure, if Even Stevens was still on the air I might feel differently. But, seeing that that show went off the air five years ago I am not sure. I honestly feel that the producers thought that people might find it interesting to see a person who once was a Disney performer, who stared in a Disney show on Broadway up onstage cursing and fornicating with puppets.
