Well, I've only done two shows in my whole lifetime in community theatre:
The smallest of the two was playing a living doll in The Curious Savage.
The biggest and most fun of the two was playing a Ku Klux Klansman in The Foreigner. That was tons of fun, plus I got to scream "Run away!" every night.
Smallest: Dentist Patient/Ensemble of Little Shop (It was an amazing show to be in the ensemble of, though)
Biggest: Marjorie in Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, Janet (less stage time but more lines) in Witness for the Prosecution, or Clara in To See the Stars (WHAT A BAD PLAY! I'd ratherve had a small role in a better show)

Smallest role: Wedding Attendee/Coffin Carrier in Our Town.
Biggest Role: Miss Stacy in Anne of Green Gables. And I didn't even show up 'til partway through Act II. I got my own song, though. It was swanky.
ETA: Actually, it's a tie between Miss Stacy and Zebulun in Joseph...Dreamcoat. I was the transgender brother.
