I have a friend who has been doing Carol Channing as Aldonza as a party stunt for years.

LMAO CAROL AS CHRIS IN CARRIE.
Singing "Out For Blood". The thought already makes me pee laughing.

"Evil Woman" from Xanadu (I know it's really a duet, get someone to be Mary Martin).

I have a friend who can do a dead-on circa 1967 Carol Channing impression. I wrote a musical comedy with the vision of her someday playing the lead (as an aging, man-hungry producer with a penchant for plastic surgery). It was fun to hear him read her lines.

mygfdontliveincanada -- with all due respect, um no. You do not nor can not evoke Carol Channing at all. Your voice is way too deep for Carol and you barely emulate her trademark Carol-isms. I'm sure your friends mean well and you guys have enormous fun with your attempt but that is not Carol Channing your attempting.
Just my 2-cents, bud.

OP, sorry, your video (audio) was lacking.
JP2 on the other hand, mega wow! How about you and Adam Dannheiser recording a version of dueling Harveys???

Wow, thanks guys! Funny story, Harvey actually found that vid and posted it on his facebook page, saying "I don't even know any of these songs". He's such a doll.
I really like that "Evil Woman" idea. I should run that by my friend who does LuPone. That might be hilarious.

Carol Channing in- DREAMGIRLS.
In my naive youth, i thought LaChanze was just a queeny nickname for Channing.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. And to BrodyFosse123, chewy5000, and Stage Door Sally, thanks for your thoughts on the vids. I understand you didn't like it, but really, I see a compliment in there. If you think my voice isn't suitable for Broadway tunes, then I think I did my job as Carol
