The current artwork has gone the complete opposite direction in trying to improve previous versions. This is my least favorite of all drafts so far, and this is going to be it, so C'est la vie. Does anyone really think that this show actually will have a problem with markenting? You all seem like this show is going to have to struggle to attract an audience. The opposite is true. This show is going to be a sell-out, so the show art is really insignificant. That being said, I liked the moon, and the Logo in previous drafts. But I do not like the sunset or the treeline in the final version. It looks like a poster for "On Golden Pond" There IS going to be a lake in other versions of this arwork with the sunrise and logo reflecting. My question is, "Who decided to put the title text in white, on top of a yellow sunset?" It's just hard to read from far away. This is "A Little Night Music", not "A Little Dusk Music." I saw this production in London, and I do think it would be important to feature trees in some graphic capacity. It is a big compositional element to the scenic design of the production. There won't be other versions of this.
Stephen: "Could you grab me a coffee?"
Me: "Would you like that with all the colors of the wind?"
