I was counting the other day... I've now seen 96 different Broadway musicals/plays total, not including touring shows. The ones I've seen the most are:

RENT - 10 times
42nd Street - 5 times

It's a three-way tie between Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof and Peter Pan.

I have seen each of these shows four times, if you include professional and high school level productions.

I'd like to say
Taboo - 13 times.
Because it only ran for 3 1/2 months.
Otherwise I've seen Rent more than that over a period of a few years.

Cabaret- 45 (over the course of three years.)
Taboo- 8
Chicago- 5
Design for Living- 5
The Producers- 5
Assassins- 3
Rocky Horror- 3
What Didn't Happen- 3
Wicked- 3 (by next week)

And many others 2 times....2 of which will probably turn to 3 this summer. (Avenue Q's the only one I'd let hit the 5 mark besides Assassins...)

Phantom- 10 times My family decided to give me tickets to this show for several occasions (not knowing that I had seen it already).

I know a woman who saw Les Mis 7000 times in London and she's sending me copies of all the programmes she had purchased (even though I can't fit anything more into my bedroom right now, and the walls are completely covered in theatrical posters!)

Oh yes, and she saw Jekyll and Hyde 43 times, ten times in Broadway and the rest with amateur theatre and school productions. Pretty cool! I haven't seen J&H ONCE, and I've only seen LES MIS once

I have seen Broadway Dreams (london version) once, RENT tour once, and Phantom of the Opera tour once.......I am on a roll.

Chicago -- if I told you how many times I've seen it, I'd have to kill you.
Hollywood Arms -- 5 (god how I miss that show)
RHS -- 5
Rent (including working the tour) -- Far too many
Cats -- 8 or 9. The number is fuzzy at best. That also includes working the tour
Bells Are Ringing -- 4

Almost all of the other shows I've seen have been more than once. There's only a few that I've only seen one time. And for some of the shows, once WAS enough lol (ie: Bounce)

And don't you mean Bombay Dreams, spider?

Cabarethed - Dayum! 45!
I'll playu cos I'm slacking, again.
Cabaret - 22
Chicago - 20something (i stopped counting right around the time I stopped seeing it, so I don't quite remember).
Hollywood Arms - 6, and I miss it, cos the ending was SAD and the Pawkinator rocks a lot
The Full Monty - 6ish
42nd St Rev. - 4

I think that's all the "biggies". I miss Hollywood Arms like it's my job. That epilogue is the saddest thing I can remember seeing. So glad Pawk won the Tony because she was absolutely heartbreaking. Fer real.

Footloose - 2
Urinetown - 2
Aida - 2

If you count regional, I saw George Street Playhouse's tick, tick...boom! 5 times over like a one month run.

Let's see...multiple times seeing a show... Sadly and scarily, I saw Millie on Broadway 11 times within 11 months. *dies of shame* I saw Urinetown six times but that was over, like, two and a half years and it was going back to see the many different cast members...I saw Into the Woods twice, Wonderful Town three times, Little Shop twice, 42nd street twice, The Producers twice (once in April '01 and once recently), and I think that's it. Actually, I saw Annie quite a few times when it was on Broadway but that's only because I was bitter to be one of the finalists for the oprhans and liked to sit in the theater longingly watching the girls who got to be in it. :P

wow! i have seen a lot of shows 2 or 3 times, but thats about it. I have to admit though (although I'm sure this will get a few eye rolls) that I've seen Wicked 4 times and have tickets for next week. I've never had to pay full price if thats any consolation!

Les Mis, Rent, Cabaret, Phantom all 3 times. Never that close together.
