Depends if you have seen any of these shows before.
When in doubt I always go with RENT.
"You just can't win. Ever. Look at the bright side, at least you are not stuck in First Wives Club: The Musical. That would really suck. "

Go see DOUBT! Trust me, you will thank me for it later!
"For me, THEATRE is an anticipation, an artistic rush, an emotional banquet, a jubilant appreciation, and an exit hopeful of clearer thought and better worlds."
~ an anonymous traveler with Robert Burns
I always like to see a play and a musical if I can only pick two. Go with Doubt.
"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being."

"People have their opinions and that doesn't mean that their opinions are wrong or right. I just take it with a grain of salt because opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one".

Dirty Rotton Scondrals... The Producers, Beauty and the Beast is always great.... I'd save rent for when u've got nothing else to do cause u can get those lottery tickets cheap.
I would see RENT if I was in your position... because the current cast is really great, and I have no idea how good the Hairspray cast is right now. Obviously, I would reccommend Light in the Piazza over everything else, especially because Piazza is SO different than Piazza. Anyway, from your list my order would be: RENT, Hairspray, Producers, Doubt. [I'm not big into plays, but I've heard a lot of good things about Doubt... so my last two I have no idea about]
