Phantom in Los Angeles about 12 years ago. It was my first REAL BIG musical. Davis Gaines is who brought me back. I was young, I thought he was cute, I had a crush.
Boy I feel old.
Gypsy revival
why: Bernadette Peters was amazing!
Phantom....I went back because although i absolutely loved the show, I was unimpressed with the Phantom I saw and I knew I would love it even more when I liked the Phantom...now I've seen it more times than I can count because it is amazing.
Phantom! I ended up seeing it twice in the span of three days. This show still blows me away and i know it is only a matter of time before i see it on stage again. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FILM!!!

Beauty and the Beast. I came back because I loved it so much, and I couldn't remember everything about the first time I went.
Phantom of the Opera. Loved it since i was three, and it never really changes (Except for the cast, but i mean music, staging, etc). Something to rely on, lol.
Grease, came back for kicks!
Les Miserables. Why? Because it is still the best musical I've ever seen.

Kiss Me Kate... my best friend was in it..and I just happened to love the show!
Les Misérables....LADIDADIDA....I just can't get away from my Les Miz....I am a true mizzie!
POTO on tour, because I couldn't get enough of it.
Miss Saigon
My Grandma wanted to see it, so I took her with my mom for her Birthday. I would have seen it again before that on my own, but I was only 10 when I saw it the second time, so I had no money.
miss Saigon was great though. I loved it all!
Urinetown
I took a friend the second time
Phantom. Because I had crappy seats the first time and I had the opportunity to see it in orchestra seats at half the price in Seattle, so I was able to appreciate the sets and vostumes much more. (Plus I love most of the music, regardless of whether ALW wrote it or not.)
the only broadway show i've seen twice: TAKE ME OUT. i wanted my friend to see it. and I wanted to see it again. great script by greenberg! great performances! denis o'hare! and daniel sunjata! (naked!)
