I love the phantom of the opera.
However The soundtrack is quite repetitive.
Le's Miserables has the best soundtrack i have ever heard on any musical.

Phantom6, just a heads-up, I think you mean 'score' rather than 'soundtrack.' I know what you mean, but a lot of members get a bit snippy about words being used incorrectly.
My favorite musical is Spamalot, but my favorite score is Les Miserables.

to answer your question, Phantom6, at the moment my favorite is Light in the Piazza. I love the score, I love the story & I loooove Victoria Clark. I'm also a big Wedding Singer fan.
and I agree with Schmerg. watch your terminology - BWW posters can be pretty snippy.

Miss Saigon. I know it's not the best musical, but it is and ever shall be my favorite.

I like Kiss Me Kate, but the song "Too Darn Hot" has been ruined for me for a few reasons that I'm sure most posters here will understand.
