I feel sad - my most is three: Chicago ('96 revival, '98 London revival, and the movie soundtrack which I can't find and is probably so scratched up it won't play).

I do have two of a lot: Sweeney Todd (three if DVDs count), Phantom, Rent, South Pacific, The Producers, Oliver!, Oklahoma!, Miss Saigon, Little Shop, Les Miz (again, three if DVDs count), H2$, Kiss Me, Kate, Hair, Gypsy, Guys & Dolls, and Assassins.


EDIT: Take that back, I have three Les Mizes: OBC, CSR, and the student version MTI gives out with the rights to the student edition. It's bad, but it has all of the cuts that are in the SE (Eponine is sometimes considered to be a whinny little girl, well the Eponine of the SE CD actually is a little girl, at least she sounds like it). Plus the Dream Cast DVD, so four, I guess.

I have 4 Hedwig and the Angry Inch CDs but they're not all different recordings. I have the Original Cast Album, the film soudntrack, and the tribute album, as well as "The Long Grift" promo single.
