What shows do you think will perform on Thanksgiving telecasts?

I know it’s not for a month, but im just far too excited and thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays specifically for these performances.

What shows do you all think will make an appearance on the thanksgiving day parade telecast?

My guesses

The NBC version:

SpongeBob

The Bands Visit

Come From Away

And maybe Dear Evan Hansen(really a dream that’s not gonna happen)

The CBS version:

A Bronx Tale

Waitress

Kinky Boots

My father (AIDS) My sister (AIDS) My uncle and my cousin and her best friend (AIDS, AIDS, AIDS) The gays and the straights And the white and the spades

I won't be surprised if Disney decides to do a sneak preview performance of Frozen like that did for Newsies six years ago which was awsome.

I think it would be smart for DEH to show off the new Evan's on the show.

I was thinking the same thing. Especially because Noah Galvin is more familiar to TV people.

DEH will probably want to show off Noah (MAYBE TAYLOR but probs not since he won't officially be in the show yet)

I am also thinking:

Come From Away (Welcome to the rock, usual)

The Bands Visit (welcome to nowhere)

Waitress (MAYBE to show Jason but who knows)

Anastasia

Spongebob

Once On this Island

NBC

Waitress (if not on NBC)

Kinky Boots

A long shot, but would MEAN GIRLS fly in some people for a preview since they'll be in performances in DC? Especially because of the Tina Fey/Lorne Michaels/NBC connection? Doesn't look like they have a show on Thanksgiving (though they have them the nights before).

Come From Away, Anastasia, and Waitress (with or without Mraz) seem likely. Maybe Dear Evan Hansen for the 4th slot, though IDK how a solo number would translate on the telecast with the lip-syncing. (Or Spongebob, or Charlie, or Frozen.)

I think that it's a safe bet to assume that DEH will indeed perform. My guess is that the cast will do "You Will be Found."

Wouldn’t it be exciting if the cast of mean girls got to perform on Saturday night live? I think they could also easily perform on jimmy Fallon/Seth Meyers.

Looks like Come from Away and Waitress will be on the CBS broadcast. It says Waitress featuring Grammy Award Winner Jason Mraz so I'm assuming they will be doing a number that has him in it.

I can't ever remember any repeats on the NBC telecast.

Did any shows ever perform for the NBC telecast more than once. (And I obviously mean the same production, not a revival years later)

All repeats wind up on CBS as far as I can remember.

The song choice for Anastasia doesn't surprise me. But give me one reason to be excited. Although, I'm still waiting for the show to come to California.

I see Anastasia doing Once Upon a December. Really smart of them to hold off on the Tonys performance and market to this crowd instead. Not sure what DEH will perform, but won’t be surprised if it’s Waving with Noah, which would very much disappoint me. Don’t know too much about the other shows.
