Sound of Music Revival
Beauty and the Beast
Rent-3
Les Miserables
Miss Saigon-2
The Full Monty
Swing!
Phantom of the Opera-2
Flower Drum Song

Not bad for a suburbs girl...now to attempt to rank these shows...could take me awhile

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

In chronological order:

Phantom (Toronto)
Titanic (Tour, Washington DC)
Beauty and the Beast (Tour)
Les Miz (Tour)
Mamma Mia (Tour)
The Lion King (Tour, L.A.)
Rent (Tour)

And high school:
Hello Dolly!
Joseph...(which I thought was very welldone, acting wise)

"During this performance, please feel free to let your cell phones and pagers ring willy-nilly. However, do remember that there are heavily-armed knights on stage and you might well be dragged up and impaled." (Pre-curtain announcement at the new Broadway musical Monty Python's Spamalot)

Okay, I hate you all (because I'm jealous).

On Broadway, I've seen:

The Frogs
Rent
Avenue Q
Lion King
Cats
42nd Street
La Cage aux Folles

Tours:
The Producers
Phantom of the Opera

And...I think that's it. I've seen a lot of community theatre and non-profit organization stuff, though. But...god, what I wouldn't give to live in New York.

living on the west coast makes it a bit hard to see Broadway musicals. But I have seen a couple of shows over here that made it to Broadway.

1. Amadeus
2. Martin Guerre (never made it to Broadway)
3. Scarlet Pimpernel

**Edit--How could I forget that I saw Les Mis! Went through my playbills last night, and found one for Les Mis. Ugh, *smacks forehead* Updated On: 12/17/04 at 05:55 PM

To OneBlazeOfGlory: Ahh! Arsenic and Old Lace! Love that play, I was Elaine in it last year.

And I'm too lazy to type up everything I've seen. Must confess to have never seen anything on Broadway (am making first NYC trip in Feb. of this year) but have seen many tours, productions in Toronto, equity regional productions, non-equity regional productions, and pre-B'way runs (well, one, the SF run of Wicked).

I've been seeing shows on Broadway and off, London's West End, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., since I saw my first show in 1960 (been in a few of them, too!), so there are far too many to list. The only show of note that I haven't seen is "Mary Poppins", which I will be seeing soon.
