How many of these threads do we need asking what's wrong with Wicked? I actually used to like the show until I joined here and it turned out most of the fans were nutbags. Can we just let Wicked be and not ask what's wrong, right, or otherwise with it?
Wicked was phenomenal to me the first night I saw it during previews. I thought it had flaws...but nonetheless,..the better of that season and enjoyed it on social, political and thinking levels. Wicked is a thinking man's Disney show....so good enough. But now,..after 3 years of hearing IDINA! IDINA! and elpheba and GLINDA KRISTEN..and whos better and whos not and DEFYYYYYING GRAAAAVIIITTTYYYY....and graduations...because I KNEW YOU...i have been chhhhhaaaaaaaannnnggeeeed dd foooorrr gggguuuuuuuuuuuuddddd......and all this constant KatieCOuric todayshow crying, changed for good,..POP-ular...crap over and over and over and over agian.. I am truly sick of it. I can;t stand the show. It was special to me 3 years ago. now...I CRINGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats actually quite spot on. Maybe if they saw Avenue Q and understood it had a wonderful message as well as Wicked's. And Sweeney haters........don't even.
Personally, I'm sick of seeing Idina and Kristin's names everywhere on this board. Although, it seems to have gotten a little better. I listened to the CD, and was underwhelmed. My brother saw it in Chicago and didn't care for it, either.
This same question has been essentially asked thrice in less than a month and each time I marvel how people keep answering it seriously, giving the same answers over and over, even the detractors must enjoy talking about it on some level...
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space
