ok people that AREN'T Wicked/RENT related (with excpetion to one)

Jenna Leigh Green- Amazing Talent and I think will be a big Broadway name.

Michael Arden- Another amazing talent that's making a name for himself

Raul Esparza- Already on his way to being a broadway star/legend

Michael Cerveris- He is going to be a Broadway Legend just you wait :)

I want to see Malcolm Gets do more.

Carolee Carmello needs to get out of Mama Mia and do something that will catapult her to Broadway Legend status as well

and I have a love for Amy Spanger so i hope she does more so she can get her name out there. I think Reefer Madness might help her a bit.

Alice Ripley is pretty much a broadway legend in her own right, but I wish would get better known by all the newbies coming into theater. If you haven't heard Alice you need to!

Raul ABSOLUTELY has the ability to be a big star. But I don't think I've heard of him expressing much interest in going beyond the stage. He has it in him to be a legend, though.

Raul has the making to be the next Mandy Patinkin I think, and he already did most of Mandy's broadway roles LOL

Raul is nothing short of amazing and will be talked about, at least in the Broadway Community, for decades to come!

staci- I agree that everyone you mentioned are/will be BROADWAY legends.

However, many do not know BROADWAY only Hollywood, and that is what we are talking about.

i was stating that all of my list SHOULD be well known and will be in the broadway world, but unfortunatly probably not in the mainstream which is sad. Should've made that clearer...

I think Amy Spanger might have a chance once the Reefer Madness film comes out.

And I'm surprised that Kristen Bell is starting to make a name for herself now. I adore her and hope great things for her!

And if Raul would ever do other things besides Broadway he'd be a star in no time.

To add more posts with NON RENT related people, Orfeh is one show, one record, one *good* role, away from becoming a huge star. She was already a starlette in the music business before ever landing on Broadway and is extremely versatile. I think her husband, Andy Karl, has a big future ahead of him as well. They might one day become our next Hollyweird super couple. Speaking of Orfeh, I've said this many times, as I am admittedly obsessed with all things related to Fascinating Rhythm, but almost the entire principal cast of that show are becoming well known, to varying degrees, in their own right. Patrick Wilson, Sara Ramirez, Adriane Lenox, Darius DeHaas. The producers of that show should be kicking themselves for not having made a cast recording with that group.

kristy cates,kris cusick,megan hilty,david ayers,norbert leo,and sarah ramirez oh also jenn gambatese,cheynne jackson,alice ripley , matt caplan,anothony rapp

But people names that arent that well out there like mine,i mean come on kristyin chenoweth,idina menzel,they are all very well known very well

I'd also love to see Mandy Gonzalez pick up where she left off with Eli's Coming. The promise she showed there was what made me take an interest in her in the first place.

Kelli Ohara has some AMAZING potential... amazing LEGIT voice and some great acting..... plus shes beautiful!

If I even understood what you just typed Wicked, my response is, outside of the musical theater community, no one knows the people you mentioned and they might as well be as anonymous as you are. They might become well known someday, which is the whole point of this thread.

I have a lot of faith in Matt Morisson's talent and looks. I am sure he is on to great things and he has time on his side, since he is quite young !
And I'd love it if Adam got the recognition he deserves from the greater public !!

yes, adam for sure after RENT. at least idina and possibly anthony to follow.

sutton foster - i think she will become a major staple on broadway (she already is), but i don't know about mainstream. she is so classically broadway talented.

many of the actors who have bands or major solo projects on the side could do really well if their music gets picked up by a major label. we shall see.

like others have said, rent will most likely make adam and everyone famous. Also kristen with the movies she has coming up. As for others, i hope matt caplan gets a record deal!

I definately agree with a lot of the people that you guys all listed, but I definately would add John Tartaglia to the list, he's incredible, and I think he's going to go do stuff that'll get his name out there more and he'll be huge... he deserves it!

didn't Kristen Ch. already have a tv show on NBC that was short lived. i remember hearing it about a couple years ago. It only came on in the summer and didn't do well.
