Anatevka and Far From the Home I Love, although I must admit that with some renditions, the chills are for the wrong reasons.
"What You Own", from the "I quit!", to the end of the song.
One Day More from Les Mis is beyond amazing.

"Tell Me on a Sunday" - Song & Dance
"Goodbye Until Tomorrow- I could never rescue you" from The Last Five Years. My favorite part of the whole show is when Jamie sings "Or I could go..." and Cathy comes in with "Goodbye..." Its the joining of the two voices and dual emotions that make it such a beautifully tragic moment that really elicits the finality of the story. Gets me every time.

What You Own- RENT. The whole song sends me into euphoria, and the shivers start with "I QUIT!"
The Gods Love Nubia from Aida- I was recently in Aida, and every time I listen to that song I have extremely clear flashbacks and feel all that energy onstage from our last performance...
Enchantment Passing Through(reprise)- Aida. Right after they stop singing, and all of a sudden the music from Written in the Stars comes in...
The intro music to Aida, during the museum scene, before Every Story is a Love Story- there is the music from Written in the Stars and then it goes into the pretty music in Easy as Life.
The Finale of Wicked- right where Elphaba and Glinda sing "I have been changed." I get shivers when everyone else cuts in with "no one mourns the wicked".
Defying Gravity- Wicked. Need I explain?
I also got shivers in the RENT teaser trailer, right after the clapping part, where they go "how about *flash of firework-type thing* loooooooooove" , then you see Roger and "Revolution Studio presents".
I could'nt pick just one thats hard so I kept it at 2.
Mark Richard Ford's I'll Cover You (reprise)
Till We Reach That Day - Ragtime (To see this number live is breathtaking)
the Hello Twelve, Hello Thirteen, Hello Love montage from A Chorus Line
Opening Doors/ Our Time... Merrily. We. Roll. Along.
I thought of two more:
"RISE!" at the end of The Ladies who Lunch in Company
Astonishing from Little Women

Someone said exactly what I was going to say:
"-In Phantom when the Phantom says, "It's over now the music of the night!" That part literally gives me chills when done correctly."
Plus, from Scarlet Pimpernel, "Falcon in the Dive" (I think that's the title).
