In this video ( https://youtu.be/gRJAhvej5-o ) they show Lin directly collaborating with Kitt & Green on “Friday Night Jackson” but does anyone know what the rest of the collaboration was like process wise? (Which songs did they collaborate like this on, which songs were only written by Lin/ Which songs were written by Kitt/Green)

Personally, I think the difference in style makes it fairly easy to figure out who wrote which songs/sections, though there are some that could go either way.
Luckily, there is a copy of the full score (of questional legality) which is floating around, and it lists who wrote each song. If - hypothetically - I were morally debase enough to set eyes upon an illegal copy of a Broadway score, then in that hypothetical scenario, I might tell you that this is the breakdown:
"What I Was Born to Do"
Music by LMM and TK
Lyrics by LMM
Additional lyrics by Amanda Green
"Happy Kitties"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Tryouts"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"One Perfect Moment"
Music & Lyrics by TK, LMM, & AG
(I suspect most of this song was written by TK, with LMM writing the intro - that's just my guess though. That's the way it sounds stylistically, plus the reprise of "One Perfect Moment" only lists TK, and it doesn't feature the intro section).
"Cheer Camp"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Do You Own Thing"
Music and lyrics by LMM
"The Day Goes By: Jackson"
Music and Lyrics by LMM
"We Ain't No Cheerleaders"
Music and lyrics by LMM
"Phone Calls/To the Pagoda"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Friday Night Jackson"
Music: LMM & TK
Lyrics: LMM & AG
"Something Isn't Right Here"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Bring it On"
Music: LMM & TK
Lyrics: LMM & AG
"It's All Happening"
Music and Lyrics by LMM
"Better"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"It Ain't No Thing"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"What Was I Thinking"
Music: TK
Lyrics: LMM and AG
"Enjoy the Trip"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Killer Instinct"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"We're Not Done"
Music & lyrics by TK, LMM, and AG
"Legendary"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Eva's Rant"
Music: TK
Lyrics: AG
"Cross the Line"
Music & lyrics by LMM
"I Got You"
Music by LMM and TK
Lyrics by LMM and AG

thanks! there are for sure some obvious ones but i’m glad to see there’s a (perfectly, definitely legal) list of who wrote what!

I had thought for so long that BIO was a half-and-half effort between Kitt and Miranda, and it surprised me that the former wrote the larger bulk.
Yes, some songs are stylistically obvious, but there are a few that left me a little perplexed (Miranda did not write "It Ain't No Thing"?) All judgments aside, I thought this was an unexpectedly delightful score and show. Kitt's share of the score- though it does not quite reach the emotional highs of his magnum opus Next to Normal- is solid, but the show truly takes flight to the tune of Miranda's numbers. That little skit he was also working on back in 2012- The Hamilton Mixtape- didn't turn out to be so bad either.

Lin posted a video awhile back of himself working on One Perfect Moment https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=28&v=lED0-8Fk9dw&feature=emb_title
As a fan of the original Bring It On and a few of the sequels, I was totally the right audience for the show and I loved it. I saw the show several times during the limited engagement and the cast album is one I revisit very frequently and will always get stuck in my head with how catchy it is.
