Hi, I just saw wicked last week and I thought it was fabulous. I have been thinking who could play elphaba in a film version of Wicked. Does anyone have any ideas?
Who do you think would make a good elphaba?

I want to add that Jessica Alba or Jessica Simpson would be awesome as glinda. Probably Simpson would be better since she can sing.

My mom thinks that Brandy would make a good Elphaba since she was in cinderella. Can it work since she is black? I guess it doesnt matter as long as she can sing and act. Brandy is also young enough to play the part.

Brandy was good in cinderella. I just dont think she looks or fits the role. I have some of her CD's and she has an amazing voice.

The only good contribution Brandy could make to Wicked would be buying a ticket at the premium price.
