I got a playbill from Chad Kimball, and cast signed Jersey Boys and Rock of Ages today. And broadwayboy - I think that even if you send it before previews begin you'll still get something back because American Idiot is in tech rehearsals now so the actors at at the theatre on a regular basis.

I got my Rock Of Ages today too...

I sent mine 12/26/09...it took over two months to get it and thats the longest I've ever waited...

(9 to 5, HAIR, and Next To Normal all sent back within a week)

Just wondering what do you typical say in letter to Broadway actors? I've always wanted to send a letter to actors/actresses but I never know what to say. Also, do most Broadway actors/actresses automatically send stuff back after receiving letters? If not, what's the nicest way to ask for like for a signed playbill or signed photo?

I sent my request for Behanding in Spokane like the second week of previews.

Also, I got 2 signed Mary Poppins playbills, one with the cast that I sent the playbill with and one signed by the current cast.

Also, I either got something back from Meghann Fahy OR Kyle Dean Massey. It's a Next To Normal playbill signed by all of the principles. I only requested a cast signed playbill once frmo N2N and already got it so one of them sent me this one but there's no signing near the headshots or bios or a letter so I'm not sure who sent it!

Also, would it be wise to send to the City Center while Anyone Can Whistle is there to try to get a Playbill of mine to get signed by Raul Esparza? I don't want to risk it and end up getting my stuff lost in the mail.

I plan on writing a letter to Sierra Boggess while she's over in London for Love Never Dies and I was just wondering do I need to go to my local post office to find out the additional charges for mailing a letter overseas or can I just put the right amount of stamps on the letter and just put it in my mailbox?

rmusic- If i were you, i would wait for her to be in Anyone Can Whistle and send it like a week in advance. I sent a request back in January and haven't heard back yet.
