Who's Glinda in Chicago?

For the sitdown production of 'Wicked', have any other cast members been announced besides Ana Gasteyer? Im pulling for Kate Reinders as Glinda.

I knwo three Chicagoans in the cast: Rondi Reed as Morrible, Heidi Kettenring as Nessarose, and Gene Weygant as the Wizard.

I think it is Kate Reindeers. But not sure. But pretty sure..

It hasn't been official announced, but apparently Kate has been telling people that it's her. Yay! :)

Yeah...it's pretty much Kate...I haven't heard her before but I saw her and she looks a bit like Cheno...is she any good??

I have tickets for July 20th so I'll know then.

According to Kate's sister (who I know and see at least twice a week), Kate is definitely going to be Glinda.

I saw Kate twice in Gypsy and I was quite impressed. I think she'll be a very good Glinda.

good! now i'm just worried about Ana...I know she'll be good..but after seeing Stephanie I think everyone will just "whelm" me and not overwhelm me.

i saw kate in gypsy too, she should be good (better than what i've heard about kendra kessebaum)... and did you see ana in reefer madness?? she's going to be great as elphaba i think!

Just you wait till you see Jenna as Elphaba. What Steph brought to the role with her power and presence, Jenna makes up for in heart, lost innocence and a pure soul. I think it has soething to do with the fact that she is closest of ALL Elphabas to the age that the character actually is.

Don't get me wrong though, Steph was breathtaking in her portrayal and brought such pained rage to the role. I feel if anything Steph's role is closer to the books than anyone's.
