Why does actual age of the actress matter? I could see maybe SJB looking a little old, but what's wrong with Kerry Butler? I've heard people complain in previous threads dealing with Ariel casting that she was too old for the part. But, she's short and her voice has a fresh, youthful sound to it. On top of it she played Penny who was around 15 or 16.

I know Cheyenne did the workshop a year-ish ago...is he still in works with it right now? I can't wait for him to get back on stage and would love to see him as Prince Eric!

Kate Reinders is PERFECT. She'd be sooooooo great with the physical comedy, she'll sound great, and we all know she looks good in swimwear :)

"Siren" the Mermaid from "Passions" is better looking than Eden and she is a good singer. She sings her siren song on "Passions" and she is featured on the latest "Jekyl and Hyde" CD. She would be great as Ariel!
